Living to be 100 years old is a feat in itself. And one centerian has not only accomplished that but Fauja Singh finished the Toronto marathon Sunday! According to the Associated Press he's now the oldest runner to complete a full-distance marathon, 26-plus miles, and earns a Guinness record. It took him more than eight hours to cross the finish line, which the winner had crossed about six hours earlier. But Singh's family and friends were there waiting for him at the finish line. How to live to be a hundred years old? I ran across a website which lets you test yourself on a Life Expectancy Calculator. The test includes about forty questions on health, lifestyle, family history, nutrition, etc. and takes about 10 minutes to take. It just might start you thinking on living a healthier lifestyle or perhaps running the marathon at 101 years old and breaking Singh's record!
